1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Backiipure is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
