1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
